உலகத்திற்கு ஞானி பைத்தியம்.
என்பது உபநிஷத்.

உலகத்திற்கு ஞானி திருடனாகவும் தோன்றலாம்.
பக்த ராமதாஸ் சிறைப்படவில்லையா?
மாணிக்கவாசகர் துன்பப்படவில்லையா?
ஏசுவைச் சிலுவையில் அறையவில்லையா?

ஆயினும் அவர்கள் இறைவன் கருணையால்
உன்னத நிலைக்கு வந்தனரே!

the world is mad to Gnani.
Gnani is mad to the world.
said the Upanishad.

the Gnani may be a thief to the world.
has the Baktha Ramadass been put in jail?
has the Manikkavasagar been put into troubles?
has the Jesus been put in the cross?

but they are coming up by the grace of the God!
